A Quantitative Study of the Training Quality of Doctoral Students in Current China

摘要: 关于博士研究生培养质量的评价有多种视角和观点。本文立足高校博士研究生管理者、指导教师和博士研究生三个群体,运用层次分析模型对我国博士研究生培养目标、培养模式及其培养结果进行评价,以期诊断、分析和挖掘我国在培养博士研究生方面的成效和不足,为今后改革、提高和创新博士研究生培养模式提供科学依据。Abstract: There exist kinds of views and visions in evaluation of training quality of doctoral students.This article assesses China's PhD graduate' students training objectives, training modes and training results, based on the evaluation of doctoral administrators, doctoral supervisors and doctoral students.The purpose of the article is to diagnose the achievements and shortages of China's PhD students, training and to give a scientific basis of evolutions and improvements of PhD students' training modes.
