Study on the Influence Mechanism of Leaders on Employees’Creative Performance

摘要: 文章从领导特质、领导行为及领导情境角度综述了领导与员工创造性绩效的关系研究,并探讨了领导对员工创造性绩效产生影响的中介机制,提出引入动机、情绪这些中介变量,结合自我决定理论等动机研究领域中的最近成果建构影响机制模型是两者关系研究的未来方向。Abstract: This article reviewed the studies on the relationship between leader and employees’creative performance from the angles of leader’s trait, behavior and context. And it also explored the mediate mechanism of the two. We propose that it is a future direction to construct mechanism models under SDT with introducing the mediation variables such as motivation and emotion.
