摘要: 就与高校职业发展教育联系密切的就业期望、就业的有利与不利因素、就业信息获取、对学校就业工作评价等方面对北京地区15所高校2010届毕业生的就业调查结果进行了调查和分析，在此基础上对高校职业发展教育提出了几点建议:引导学生进行职业生涯规划，转变传统的就业指导方式，建立全程化、系统化的职业发展教育体系，加强就业工作的信息化建设和对毕业生自主创业的指导与支持。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the employment status of college graduates of 2010 in Beijing by the aspects which are closely relevant to career education development of college, including employment expectations, access to employment information, advantage and disadvantage factors in the employment, and so on.According to the results, the paper puts forward several suggestions about the career development education of college: to guide students in career planning, to change the traditional way of career guidance, the establishment of all course and systematic systems of career development education, to strengthen the information construction of employment and to guide graduates in own entrepreneurship.
