摘要: 文章对当代组织研究领域中使用的各种正当性概念从结构维度和认识视角两个方面进行了比较分析,并得出了组织正当性是一个通过认知和评价来对某个对象达成共识的集体过程的观点。Abstract: In this paper, the auther clarifted and distinguished the structural dimensions and cognitive perspective of the concepts of legitimacy in the organizational research and provided a brief conclusion that organizational legitimacy is a collective process to reach a consensus through cognition and evaluation.
