Comparison Study on the Influence of Different Market Strategies on Supply Chain Decision Under Delay in Payments

摘要: 已有延期支付文献基于利润最大化的原则进行建模分析,这与现实中的企业实际不完全相符。本文比较研究了利润最大化与收益最大化两种市场策略下供应链双方决策的异同。研究结果表明,不同的市场策略对供应链各方最优决策有着较大的影响。相对于利润最大化原则,在收益最大化策略下,生产商给予销售商更长期限的延期支付。当市场中存在两条同质供应链的情形下,收益最大化原则生产商主导的供应链优于利润最大化原则生产商主导的供应链。Abstract: Delay in payment models have been analyzed under the assumption of profit maximum. The paper analyzes the effects of the two different marketing strategies (profit maximum and revenue maximum) under the delay in payments on the optimal decisions of the supplier and the retailer. The results indicate that different marketing strategies have great impact on the optimal delay in payment decision. The supplier tends to lengthen trade period of delay in payment under the assumption of revenue maximum, compared to profit maximum. And the supply chain which the leader is the revenue maximizer excel that of the profit maximizing leader.
