The Stress Representation of Young Full-time Teachers in Colleges and Universities—Based on a Survey of Young Full-time Teachers in a University in Beijing

摘要: 高校青年专任教师是学校建设发展的生力军,但其在工作、生活及个人未来发展过程中面临的多重压力已成为制约该群体发展的重要瓶颈。目前学界关于青年教师压力的研究比较丰富,但是聚焦青年专任教师压力的系统性研究相对匮乏。基于此,文章以北京市某高校342名青年专任教师的压力状况为例,通过里克量表的形式,对其展开系统性研究。发现当前高校青年专任教师面临教学、科研和职称评定方面的工作压力,住房、婚恋和子女教育方面的生活压力,思想政治建设、身体健康和未来职业规划方面等其他压力。为此,可以采取构建科学的考核评价体系,健全完善的培训培养机制,营造良好的外部成长环境及教师提升自我抗压的能力的措施来缓解高校青年专任教师面临的各种压力。Abstract: Young full-time teachers in colleges and universities are the new force for the improvement of school quality, but the pressure they face in the process of work, life and personal future development has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of this group. This study analyzed the pressure of 372 young full-time teachers in a university in Beijing in the form of the Rick scale. The results show that:the current young full-time teachers in colleges and universities face work pressure in teaching, scientific research and professional title evaluation, housing, marriage and love life pressures related to education and children's education;other pressures related to ideological and political construction, physical health and future career planning. To this end, measures can be taken to build a scientific evaluation system, form an effective training and training mechanism, create a good external growth environment and teachers' ability to improve self-resistance to alleviate the various pressures faced by young full-time teachers in universities.
