  • 摘要: 关于独立董事报酬的规定在我国立法上是一个空白点，在实践中，上市公司也没有形成统一的标准，相反存在着比较大的差距，因此，从法律的层面来确定独立董事报酬的形式、独立董事报酬的标准，将对独立董事制度的实践有着重要的指导作用

     

    Abstract: It is not formulated on Chinese legislation to regulate the rewarding of Independent directors. Those companies listed on the Stock Exchanges share no unified standard in practice, whereas it differs among them to a large extent. Therefore, it plays a role to direct the Independent directors system on the legislation by difining its form and the rewarding standard of Independent directors
