Abstract: Although there are reviews about current Chinese Constitution,which have a lot of subjects and forms, they are not satisfying.Therefore,on one hand,we must learn from western constitutional review models;and on the other hand, we must know the problems of Chinese constitutional review. Only in this way,can Chinese constitution find its way in the role,system and practice of constitutional review.However,we can depend too much on. Constitutional review; we should maintain and respect Constitution when it is right, and worship and protect Constitution when it is wrong. Constitution must become the "King" of the republic.
