Investigation of the Problems in the Salary System in the Operation of Enterprises——Taking the RC Catering Company as a Case

摘要: 在中国市场的竞争中,对人力资源如何看待,并进而管理好应该是企业所关注问题的重中之重。文章以西方的经典管理理论为基础,对中餐餐饮企业人力资源管理中的薪酬体系问题进行了深入的探索,其案例是带有鲜活中国特色的,有待进一步探讨的必要。Abstract: Since twentieth century, the competition between the enterprises becomes more and more intense.For any enterprise, the most important issue is to obtain and maintain its own competitive advantage.Barney proposed the concept of strategic resources with four characteristics: value, scarcity, inimitability and defective substitutability in 1991.In 1994, Wright, et al pointed out that the human resources satisfy the four indices of strategic resources.Therefore, the management of human resources is certainly the most important element in a firm.This study discusses the problems of the salary system in the Chinese-style management of human resources based on the western classical theory concerned.
