Innovation Performance Evaluation on National University Science Parks——Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

摘要: 我国国家大学科技园建设是我国实施国家创新体系战略的重要举措,为我国发展高科技、实现科技成果转化及产业化作出了巨大贡献。为加强国家大学科技园建设、提升国家大学科技园的发展水平,科技部、教育部在2011年年初全面启动了“国家大学科技园”的绩效评价工作。文章利用数据包络分析的原理和方法对国家大学科技园技术创新的综合效率性进行研究,为下一步提升对国家大学科技园的管理与决策提供依据。Abstract: Construction of National University Science Parks is an important measure for China's strategy of national innovation system.Because it has made great contributions to the development of high technology and transformation and industrialization of science and technology.The Ministry of Science & Technology and The Ministry of Education started the "performance evaluation" on National University Science Parks in order to strengthen the building and to enhance the development level of National University Science Parks.This paper aimed to enhance the management and decision-making level through the study on the efficiency of technological innovation of the National University Science Parks based on the principles and methods of data envelopment analysis.
