Abstract: Using liedetector test or photography in criminal investigation can help police find criminal evidence promptly and effetively, thus promoting the efficiency of law suit. But, these kind of Hi tec investgiation ways also bring some damage to suspect's human rights. We're trying to defind the legal character of the liedetector and the photography, and explain how to use them without influencing the human rights.
