摘要: 中国古代在法津领域,虽极重视法律的制定,却更重视执法官吏的因素。先贤们理想中的法官是仁义君子,这一选择法官的标准对后世影响甚为深远。漫长历史变迁中,执法者职业群体无论是出于主动或被动的法律活动,都时刻影响着中国传统法的实践进程。Abstract: In the field of legal in ancient China, the attention was paid to the formulation of the law, but more to the factors of law enforcement officials.Judges in the ideals of sages were righteous gentlemen, and the standard for judges had afar reaching influence on ages.In the history, the legal activities, whether initiative or passive, are always have influences on the practice process of Chinese traditional law.
