摘要: 世界一体化与经济全球化在新世纪将会更加深刻地影响国际政治舞台并改变传统意义上的“国家安全”概念。对中国这样一个现代化“后发型”国家,应以经济安全为中心,以军事安全为保障,以政治安全为目标来构建自身的国家安全体系,从而确保中国在新世纪的国际竞争中立于不败之地。Abstract: The world integration and economy globalization are influencing the international political stage and changing the traditional concept of state security deeply in 21th century. In order to make China win in the serious international competition, we should take economy security as center, take military security as guarantee, take political security as the target to build the state security system as a postmodernization country.
