摘要: 亚里士多德著述中存在丰富的平等观思想,在交易生活领域其平等观所具体化的多层次公正观能够为多元损害救济制度提供思想资源,在伦理生活领域其平等观所具体化的“尽能力回报”观点也有助于提示我们注意民法介入现实生活的程度。Abstract: Aristotle's writings are rich with equality ideas.The equality ideas, which are embodied by multivariate justice, can provide ideological resources for diversified damage relief system in trading areas.The equality ideas, which are embodied by “try one's best to return” in ethical life, contribute to point out the degree of intervention of civil law to real life.
