Abstract: The student financial aid policy system, which consists of scholarship, student loan, working paid for learning, special difficulties subsidy, fee remissions and green channels, runs effectively to a certain extent in helping the students from poor families to complete their schoolwork.However, more and more problems became marked in the present student financial aid system in the process of funding the students.Based on improving the system of loan-aided learning Mechanism with country's loan remaining dominant, this article tries to examine the approaches on how to perfect the student financial aid policy system and its operative mechanism in our country, and ensure that it can move in the direction of socialist market economic structure.
