Abstract: The idea of modern individual education must be promoted on the whole scale. Respect for and cultivation of individuality are the objective requirement of the modernization. The historic development can not be realized without the existence and development of the individuality. At this point, socialist modernization cause is the same. Perfecting the individual education is the basic aim of the quality education as well as the individual education. Meanwhile it is the concept both of the values and of the purpose for the quality education. It has always been the true meaning of educational success to respect and upgrade the individuality, as well as the true meaing of the quality education.
