Abstract: The reform of the model for cultivating qualified personnels is the hot issue of teaching reforms in universities as well as the key to deepen to teaching reforms.This paper analyzes the concept of the personnel cultivation model and its basic structure,provides the basis for reforming the qualified personnel cultivation model,and focuses on expounding several relations that should be dealt with in the reform of the qualified personnel cultivation in normal univerfities,which are as follows:the relation between inheritance and creation;the relation among all kinds of quality oriented education;the relation between theory and practice;the relation between in and out of class;the relation between the basic model and its varieties.
