Abstract: Long-term care institution has been issued in developed countries in order to integrate the long-term care resources and medical care resources.But because of the separation of fundraising between long-term care and medical care,complexity of the definitions,it is very hard to integrate resources.Therefore,many measures have been adopted to integrate the resources,including the integration among providers of long-term care,strengthening cooperation between doctors and social workers,one-stop service,multi-disciplined assessment method,integrating housing resources and care resources.As a poor country with the prospect of growing old,China should draw experiences from integration measures and policies adopted by developed countries.
