Abstract: College Student Union plays an important role in guiding the construction of the university and the development of the students.This article used the abstract model of the organizational Cybernetic system to explain the operating mode and analyse the value target of College Student Union.Considering that the problems in College Student Union are due to the inconsisitency of the organization operational mechanisms with the value target, which lies in restricting by external environment and ignoring the value of directional constraints of the value target.Furthermore, this article offered some suggestions on promoting the consistency of the organization operational mechanisms with the value target from the angle of open system.
