Abstract: In the light of the Christianity spirit and aesthetic thought of Burk,Shaftesbury and Hutcheson, Kant saw "the sublime" as an aesthetics notion and made a meticulously and systematic study, which had very important theoretical value:it further expands the territory of aesthetics research, and greatly promotes the esthetic content of human nature. What is more, Kant's aesthetic ideas also had most important realistic significance:it not only deepens our understanding and interpretation about aesthetic education,attracts our hope and expectation to the emotion of sublimity;but also really makes people live in dignity and achieve the construction of "people" itself.
