A Tentative Study of the Effectiveness of Government Crisis Management

  • 摘要: 政府危机管理效益反映的是政府在危机状态下的管理社会的能力。它不仅体现在微观层面上的以速度快慢、时间长短等表示的效率,而且还表现在宏观层次上以是否利用危机所提供的机会而产生的政治、经济、社会、环境效益。必须对此有全面的认识。

     

    Abstract: The effectiveness of government crisis management reflects the management capacity of government under crisis situation. It includes not only efficiency such as speed and time elements based on micro aspect, but also political, social, and environmental effectiveness which benefit by taking advantage of crisis based on macro aspect. Both aspects should be considered.
