Chinese Education Development from Control to Governance——Urbanization, as the Threshold under Government Education Management Functions into Perspective

摘要: 在统筹城乡发展、加快城镇化进程的大背景下,推进政府教育管理职能的转变,既是经济社会转型的现实需要,更是教育科学发展的内在要求。文章尝试将治理理论运用到我国教育行政管理改革领域,努力探索中国教育由管制向治理转变的路径与模式,以期为教育行政管理改革提供些许思路与建议。Abstract: In the context of urban and rural development and the urbanization, advancing the transformation of the management functions of the Government’s education is both the practical needs of economic and social transformation and education inherent requirement of scientific development.This paper attempts to apply the governance theory in the education field of administrative reform in China, with efforts to explore the path and the mode of education in China from the control to the governance, and to provide some ideas and suggestions for educational administrative reform.
