    摘要
  • 摘要: 随着媒体对余祥林、胥敬祥等错案的曝光,使在审查逮捕环节上如何促进司法公正、防止冤错刑事案件的发生问题成为法律界,特别是全国检察系统的热点话题之一。鉴于我国现行逮捕程序存在一些不足,有必要对其进行合理的司法化改造,以促进我国刑事诉讼程序的进一步完善。

     

    Abstract: With the exposure of Yu Xianglin and Xu Jingxiang's misjudged case by the media, how to promote justice and prevent misjudged cases become one of the hot topics in the legal world.As there are some shortages in the current arrest procedure in China, it is necessary to make some reasonal judicialized reform, to further perfect the criminal proceedings.
