Cause Analysis of Unnecessary Medical Cost and Its Control over the New Rural Cooperative Medical System

摘要: 医疗费用的增长及其控制是一个世界性的难题,也是医疗保障研究的核心问题。我国新型农村合作医疗中同样存在着不合理医疗费用增长的问题。文章从委托代理理论视角分析了不合理费用增长的原因——“假委托人”和农村卫生管理体制的缺陷,并给出了控制费用的思路。Abstract: The growth of medical costs and its control is a worldwide problem and the core issue of medical insurance research. This problem also exists in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. The article explained the reason from the principal-agent perspective. The reasons come from fake clients and rural health management system deficiencies. Finally, The article gave some thinking of controling costs.
