摘要: 依法治国与以德治国紧密结合构成有中国特色社会主义的治国方略,本文从德法关系入手,论述在加强法制建设的同时必须大力加强社会主义的思想道德建设,并把官德建设列为德治的关键,提出了加强官德建设的主要途径和方法。Abstract: To administer the country by law and at once by morality is the country's general plan in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the relationship between morality and law, the thesis discusses the necessity to strengthen not only the socialist legal system, but also socialist morality, pointing out that official morality is the key to build the ideology of morality. The main way and method of administration are brought forward as well.
