Abstract:
From macro level, quantitative assess for effective utilization of talent resources is studied in this paper. The main content of this paper is as follows: 1) defining the term “effective utilization of talent resources”, and exploring its forms of expression; 2) studing the theoretical basis and analysis model of effective utilization of talent resources; 3) analysing the influential factors, and forming a coal stove model of effective utilization of talent resources; 4) establishingp the index system of effective utilization of talent resources.
