Personnel Arrangement of the Private Publishers During the Public-private Jointly-operated Time

摘要: 从1953到1956年,私营出版业逐渐退出了社会主义出版事业的舞台。中央对私营企业原有的在职私方人员,采取了“量才使用,适当照顾”的原则,一些主要负责人都得到比较好的安排。但公私合营出版社已经不再是市场经济条件下的企业,而是过渡到社会主义性质的出版社。因此,私营出版人才难当重任,与公方人员的矛盾也在所难免。Abstract: The CCP transformed and arranged the private publishers from 1953 to 1956, as the publishing has changed in respond to the socialist transformation. Though the private publishers have their new jobs, they cannot adapt to the situation and have some conflicts with the public-private jointly-operated publishing house.
