Abstract: This study focuses on the relationships among locus of control, job satisfaction, and demographic variabIes.We used PCarson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis to analyze data.The results indicated:first, the relationship between locus of control and job satisfaction is significantly correlated;those with an external locus showed significantly lower levels of work satisfaction;second, locus of control and demographic variables can predict the variance of job satisfaction.
