Abstract: Migrant labourers have made a great contribution to the economic development of the society. However, because of the dual system of city and town and census register system, the migrant labourers’ rights cannot be protected, which not only hinders the social development, but also brings hidden troubles to social stability. Therefore, these must be some social security system for these migrantlabourers. This paper makes a deep exploration and analysis of the migrant labourers’ social security.
