摘要: 国际行政法庭是一种特殊类型的国际司法机构,国内学界对其缺乏基本研究。文章细致分析了构成国际行政法庭法律基础的组织文件,从中发掘出许多独有的实践。这些易被忽略的实践中有时隐含着关键的"变革因素",随着其进一步的滋长,它们可能会对现有的国际法理论形成冲击。Abstract: This article deeply analyzes international administrative tribunals, special international judicial institution, on their legal foundation established by basic documents, and dig out many particular practices. These practices, often neglected by academician, contain growing revolutionary elements which could lash against traditional theory of international law in future.
