On the Quality of Archivists in Colleges and Universities—A Perspective of Iceberg Model

摘要: 高校档案员队伍素质决定着档案工作的质量和档案管理水平的高低。文章结合“冰山模型”的原理，分析高校档案员素质模型结构及要素，提出了提升高校档案员队伍素质的对策建议。

Abstract: The quality of archivists determines the quality of archival work and the level of archival management. Based on the principle of "icebergs model", this paper analyzes the structure and elements of the quality model of university archivists, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the quality of university archivists.
