摘要: 文章首先从民营冶金企业企业文化的现状分析入手,通过对建龙钢铁控股有限公司企业文化建设前后对企业基础管理提升作用的案例剖析,分析了企业文化建设对民营冶金企业管理提升的重要作用与企业可持续发殿的意义。

Abstract: In this paper, the current situation of corporate culture in individually-run metallurgical enterprise is analyzed at first.By the exposition of cases of promoting enterprise base management effects before and after enterprise cultural construction in JianLong Group, the significance and effect of constructing corporate culture in individually-run metallurgical enterprise is proposed.
