Abstract:
The "7·23" high-speed railway accident has led to discussion and questioning of the development of China's high-speed railway.Starting from the view of security issues in the development of high-speed railway, this paper explores the ethical experience of the development of high-speed railway in Japan, France and Germany, and then gives some suggestions for the future development of the high-speed railway of China based on the analysis of ethical issues arising from the development of high-speed railway in China.
