Application of Social Group Work in the Social Work with Elders

摘要: 随着老龄化的发展，中国的老年人口越来越多。在目前情况下，大多数老年人依旧选择了居家养老。因此，社区必须为老年人提供适当的服务，满足其需要。本文探讨了把小组工作应用在社会区老年人服务中的可行性，提出要根据老年人的需要和特点选择合适的小组工作模式。Abstract: With the aging process, there are more and more old people in China. At present, the majority of old people choose to be cared in their homes. So the coummunity should provide appropriate services to the old people and meet their needs. The study discussed the feasibility of the application of social group work in the social work with elders. It proposed to select an appropriate model of social group work according to the elders' needs and characteristics.
