Stocks of Human Resources Education Attainment of China And Its Economical Analysis

摘要: 本文以人均受教育年限作为一个测度人力资源文化素质存量的指标,以此进行了国际比较和国内省际比较的实证分析,提出了我国人力资源发展水平的区划分类;在此基础上,应用相对比值法比较了全国31个省市人力资源文化素质存量利用效率,提出了人力资源文化素质存量经济利用效率的木桶原理。Abstract: In this paper, we use average years of education per person as an index to measure Stock of Human Resources Education Attainment(SHREA), which is used to make a empirical analysis of both home and abroad. On the basic of it we put forward a domain classification for SHREA of China. At last, by using relative ratio method, we analyze the economical efficiency of SHREA for 31 provinces of our country, and put forward the bucket principle.
