摘要: 在我国民法学界自然人的人格权一直颇受关注,近几年来也有一些学者对法人的人格权加以探讨。同自然人人格权相比,法人人格权的本质与其不同,并有自己的发展脉络、法理依据与内容。

Abstract: Currently, in the Civil-Law field, scholars pay more attention to the right of Natural's personalty. In recent years, some scholars do research on the right of Corporation's personalty. By comparation, there are some differences between Natural and Corporation in essence. Corporation has it's own developmental connection, legal basis and context.
