Government Failure in Land Acquisition: Based on Public Choice Theory

摘要: 我国土地征收实践中,政府行为的局限性导致了政府失灵,引发了诸多社会问题。文章从公共选择理论出发,分析了征地过程中政府失灵的表现及原因,并提出了相应的对策建议。Abstract: In China’s land acquisition practice, the limitation of the government action leads to government failure and many social problems.This paper analyzes the performances and reasons of the government failure based on the public choice theory, and provides some countermeasures and suggestions.
