摘要: 决策模式是由各种管理要素整合而成的,贯穿于高等学校管理的整个过程之中。从决策主体的角度来分析,高等学校管理决策模式主要有价值意识模式与组织变革模式。而价值意识模式与组织变革模式同其他管理决策模式之间是相互作用、相互影响的。

Abstract: Strategic patterns are composed of various elements, which exist in the whole management of colleges and universities. From the point of the main body of strategy, the strategic patterns of higher education can be divided into two sorts:value of consciousness and transformation of onganization. These two patterns also interact with other strategic patterns.
