Abstract: James G. Henderson's teachers' curriculum leadership built a model in modern educational leadership field due to its focus on follower-ship, paying attention to instruction and looking into democracy. The type of knowledge creation is very different from other educational theoriests like T.J. Sergiovanni. Further study of Herderson's theory can help us to build an education leadership architecture above the Chinese reality.
