Research on the Evaluation of Land Intensive Utilization in Megalopolis of China

摘要: 城市土地粗放利用现象的普遍存在和土地供求紧张的矛盾日益尖锐,使如何提高城市土地尤其是大城市土地的集约利用迫在眉睫。文章以我国北方某一大城市为实证研究,采用多因素综合评价模型,分别计算了经济指标、社会指标和生态指标以及土地集约利用综合指数,并按照综合指数对各区县土地集约利用的情况进行排序和分析。Abstract: Based on the emergency to improve the level of land intensive utilization in the city, especially in the megalopolis, a multi-factor synthetic evaluation model was established to calculate the economic, social and ecological index separatedly. Moreorer, the land intensive utilization synthetic index was produced to rank and analyze the land intensive utilization of each district or county.
