On the Issues of Integration of Industry, University and Research—An Analysis Based on “Transport 10”

摘要: 当代产学研一体化是科研成果转化的必然要求。“运10”是新中国的一项重大技术攻关项目,“运10”在20世纪70到80年代开始立项研制,仅比“空中客车A300”晚两年,比“波音707”晚十多年。而如今“空客”与“波音”相抗衡,两者垄断了世界航空业,成功实现了产学研一体化的转化,而“运10”项目却在社会转型时期中止了。本文以“运10”为例,分析产学研一体化的体制壁垒,厘清影响产学研一体化的社会障碍,为国内高技术产业化道路提供反思和启示。Abstract: It is an inevitable requirement of the integration of industry, university and research for the transformation of scientific research achievements. "Transport 10" is a major technological research project in New China. The "Transport 10" project started in 1970. It was only 2 years later than "Airbus A300", and more than 10 years later than "Boeing 707". Now, both of "Airbus" and "Boeing" monopolized the world aviation industry, and successfully achieved the integration of industry, university and research, while the "Transport 10" project has been suspended in the social transformation peroid. This article takes "Transport 10" as an example, analyzes the institutional barriers of the integration of industry, university and research, and clarifies the social obstacles that affect the integration of industry, university and research. And it provides reflection and inspiration for the domestic high-tech industrialization.
