A Study of Public Interest and Efficiency of Non-Profitable Organization Operation in the Market

摘要: 通过非营利组织运行机制市场化的转向,认为市场化的商业机制使自治机制和志愿机制受到冲击,引起了手段性的财政募捐机制、合作机制、竞争机制、监督机制的改变,标志着组织运行的具体环境从内敛走向开放,组织形式从传统走向现代;但是,从社会募捐到市场募捐,志愿精神与利润追求的矛盾日益突出,非营利组织必然要控制目标置换情况的发生;以“社会性企业”出现的非营利组织旨在协调公益精神与商益利润在市场化运行中的冲突,使之达到一种有效的平衡。Abstract: A research of non-profitable organization operating mechanism shows that non-profitable organization has changed from the traditional type to the modern of from inner circle to opening. Marketization is the main challenge that the non-profitable organization has to face now because of its profitability. In order to adjust the no cooperation relationship between public interest goal and profitability, a kind of social enterprise can run well.
