摘要: 朝鲜战争的爆发是建国初期一个典型的突发事件,抗美援朝是中国政府为应对这一突发事件而作出的一个重大决策。在对朝鲜战争爆发这一突发事件的应对和决策中,从危机预防、危机准备到危机决策的各个环节,还是比较合理、比较有效的,从而给今天留下了许多值得借鉴的方面,把这些有益的方面纳入今天的突发事件应对机制中,是非常重要的工作。而在这一过程中,辩证地扬弃其中具有消极性的方面,也是不可忽视的。Abstract: The outbreak of the Korea War was a typical emergency which happened shortly after the establishment of the People's Republic of China.To fight against America in aid of Korea was a crucial resolution made by the then Chinese government for this emergency.The response and decision made by the Chinese government, which included the prevention of and the preparation and decision for this emergency, was quite reasonable and effective and even benefits people until today.The important benefit learned from that is very instructive for current people when making response to emergencies, whereas the passiveness of that is never negligible and should be abandoned.
