Abstract: With the application of information technology, the popularity of the network technology, the awakening of right consciousness,the strengthening of the trend of democratization, citizens start to express political views and political interests with the aid of network, which becomes a normal phenomenon in political life. The participation channels have positive significances,but also have negative impacts. For the pseudonym and fuzzification of netizens' identity, the irrationality and extremalization of netizens' political expression, the emotionality and populism of netizens' political emotion, the limits of network political participation have attracted more and more attention. Broadening the participation channels, promoting the institutional construction, establishing the authority of the information, standardizing the order of network, cultivating the civic culture,improving the quality of the netizens, are the inevitable routes to solve the problem of the age.
