摘要: 高校与企业、工程院所联合培养研究生是协同创新的重要路径，是大幅度提高国家科技自主创新能力，实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措。文章旨在阶段性地总结中国高校实施联合培养研究生以及培养研究生所取得的成效、解决存在的问题和应对挑战，为今后如何更好推进协同创新与发展提出了参考性政策建议。

Abstract: The joint graduate cultivation of universities, companies and engineering institutes is an important path to collaborative innovation, and is an important measure to improve national scientific and technological capability of independent innovation and to realize the great revitalization of the Chinese nation. The purpose of this paper is to periodically summarize the achievements, solve the problems, cope with the challenges in the joint graduate training, and put forward some suggestions for the promotion of collaborative innovation in the future.
