Abstract: For the developing need of high education, it is needed to construct and implement the three-stage network mechanism of school-based training for college teachers'skills, aiming to build a platform for lifelong professional growth of teachers and to promote the quality of high education and the rapid development of the university by defining training goal, taking various training forms and ways comprehensively and arousing the motivation of college, departments and teachers to achieve the desired training effect.
