摘要: 对高校廉政建设状况进行绩效评估,是反腐倡廉建设科学化的重要环节和有效手段。文章在分析构建考核绩效评估体系的原则的同时,结合具体应用对建立高校廉政建设评价指标体系,采取模糊综合评价方法作为工具进行了评价,并通过对评价指标权重进行分析,结合具体实例验证指标体系的有效性和可靠性,为提升高校行政运行职能提供决策依据,在推进廉政建设科学化、制度化、规范化作了改进的尝试。Abstract: Performance evaluation plays an important role in building a scientific and effective means of anti-corruption systerm.This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the performance evaluation system, establishes the evaluation index system, and adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as a tool in decision-making.A performance evaluation system model is constructed which can adapt to the characteristics of anti-corruption in colleges and universities.The effectiveness and correction are tested by an application case.
