Comparative Study on Social Workers' Helping Behavior

摘要: 社会环境影响着主体行为,不同的社会环境会产生不同的主体行为。但是,我们通过对上海市两个社工组织及其社工人员的调查发现,在不同的组织环境内,作为行动主体的社会工作者却有着极为相似的行为取向,社会环境之于社会主体的关系解释在这里遇到了困难。重新审视两位社会工作者的行为,我们发现,社会工作价值在其中起到了关键作用。正是两位社工将社会工作的专业价值内化为自己行动的本源,才使他们克服了组织环境的差异而表现出高度一致的助人行为。Abstract: Different social environment will lead to diffenent subject behavior.However, an investigation of two social work organizations and their members shows that even in different organizational environment, social workers have extermely similar behavior trend.The explanation to the relationship between social environment and social subject is not appliable here.Re-examining the two social workers' behavior, it is found that social work value plays a key role.
