  • 摘要: 本文从安乐死和社会福利的定义入手,指出目前安乐死呈现扩大化趋势的原因在于社会福利资源的不足。作者在考察安乐死与社会福利历史的基础上,从理论和实证两个维度探讨它们之间的内在关联性。

     

    Abstract: The paper, begining with the definitions of euthanasia and social welfare, points out that it is the shortage of social welfare resource that causes the tendency to euthanasia expansion. On the basis of reviewing the history of euthanasia and social welfare, the present author explores the relationship between euthanasia and social welfare from the view of theory and positivism.
