    摘要
  • 摘要: 文章在文献检索的基础上结合专家访谈初步确定了高校知识工作者胜任力要素，然后进行大样本问卷调查、收集数据，根据重要性统计分析以及胜任力要素与业绩水平的相关性分析最终确定高校知识工作者胜任力模型共包括3族36项要素。研究结果对高校人力资源管理实践及高校知识工作者个体胜任力的培育和发展具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In the paper, by exploratory research, it is found that the competency elements of the competency model consist of the individual character category, the necessary knowledge category, the technical skill and synthesizing capacity. 36 competences are determined through statistic analysis of importance and relationship analysis among college knowledge workers' competences and individual performances.
